By booking or using Brothers Valet, you agree to the following terms.
Brothers Valet will always do our best to arrange a driver for your booking. However, all bookings are subject to driver availability.
While we always aim to be punctual, arrival times are estimates and delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control, including heavy traffic, bad weather, road conditions or delays from an earlier trip. We appreciate your understanding if your driver is slightly delayed.
By using Brothers Valet, you confirm that you are authorised to allow our assigned driver to operate the vehicle and that the driver is permitted to do so under the vehicle's applicable motor insurance arrangements.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle has valid and appropriate motor insurance coverage for the journey and for the assigned driver.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is roadworthy, safe to drive and in a suitable condition for the journey. This is for the safety of both our customers and our drivers.
Brothers Valet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a trip if the vehicle appears unsafe or unsuitable to drive.
Our drivers will take reasonable care while operating your vehicle. Any accident, damage, loss, injury or other incident will be handled according to the circumstances of the incident, applicable law and the relevant motor insurance coverage.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Singapore law.
Brothers Valet will take responsibility for traffic offences that are directly caused by our assigned driver's own driving conduct during a confirmed Brothers Valet trip.
Brothers Valet is not responsible for parking fines or penalties that arise from where the customer's vehicle was parked before the driver takes over, after the trip has ended, or from parking arrangements outside the driver's control.
Brothers Valet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where reasonably necessary, including for safety concerns, an unsafe vehicle, threatening behaviour or abusive conduct.
Threats, violence or abusive acts towards any Brothers Valet team member will not be tolerated and may be reported to the Singapore Police Force where appropriate.
Pickups before 4AM are $48 and pickups after 4AM are $60. Each additional location is charged at $10. Waiting time is charged at $24 per 30 minutes and starts once our driver reaches the pickup point. A $30 cancellation fee applies where a booking is cancelled after the driver has arrived. If a delay is caused by Brothers Valet and the customer chooses to cancel because of that delay, no cancellation penalty will apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Brothers Valet may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time of booking will apply to the service, unless otherwise agreed.
